Sydney B
Hi, I'm Sydney
I was diagnosed with end of stage chronic kidney failure April 2022 and started dialysis June 2022 I arrived Canada August 2019 from the Philippines and was very healthy. But in early 2022, I found my blood pressure was very high, I was having leg cramps every other night, and was very tired. I was admitted in the hospital and the doctor told that my kidney function was declining.
I'm a full time nanny and also work part time job as a housekeeper. I work 7 days a week and have dialysis treatments 3 times a week. I need to work as I also support my family in the Philippines. My father had a stroke in 2013. I still hope to have my own family in the future. It's been 3 years since I've seen my family in person and I still want to go home to visit but dialysis treatments in the Philippines are very expensive.
But right now, I want to live longer and I need a kidney transplant a. If you are interested in being my living donor, please contact me at 647-425-2683 or Julie Cissell, UHN transplant coordinator, at 416-340-4577 or julie.cissell@uhn.ca
Thank you so much
