Stuart C

I live and work in the beautiful Okanagan Valley in BC. I am a mechanic and a truck driver for a construction company. I love fishing, camping and hiking on my days off. I have a wonderful wife, Diane and a dog, Holly. I consider myself lucky to be healthy in every other way than my PKD.

I am able to still work full-time even though I am officially on the transplant list because I have been told the best option for me is a pre-emptive (before dialysis) living donor transplant. It is affecting our lives a great deal, in that we never know when my kidneys will fully fail or when I may find a living donor.

If you are interested in being a living kidney donor please reach out to me directly or call St. Paul's Hospital, Vancouver, living donor program at 604-806-9944
