I am a foreign veterinary medicine graduate and earned the degree from University of Tripoli/ Libya in 2008. In 2014, I earned MSc from University of Guelph, at the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph and am currently taking courses to obtain a North American veterinary license.
In my spare time I am an amateur road cyclist and I also like to fish and read. Right now I am participating in a cycling competition to cycle 700km in August for Kids cancer fund raising!
I have been diagnosed with IgA nephropathy, also known as “Berger’s disease” and I have been told I need to find a living kidney donor. Most of my family lives in Libya and are not good donor candidates because of their own health conditions.
