Jason S
As an entrepreneur in Toronto with a successful locksmith company, I have been fortunate to provide meaningful jobs for others in the community for almost three decades. However, my current health condition has significantly impacted my quality of life, as I have been diagnosed with end-stage kidney failure, secondary to Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP).
Since starting Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) in 2020, my energy levels have decreased, limiting my ability to spend quality time with my loved ones, and restricting my activities. As a result, I am actively seeking a kidney donor to undergo a life-saving transplant, which will not only renew my life with my family and friends but also allow me to continue helping others in the community as I have done in the past.
I am now 53 years old, and my blood type is A+. As I strive to regain my health and improve my overall well-being, I urge anyone who is willing and able to donate a kidney to consider doing so. Your donation could make a world of difference, not only for me but also for others with kidney disease who are hoping for a chance to live a full life.
Thank you for your time and consideration, and please contact me if you have any questions or would like to discuss kidney donation further.
