Hi, my name is Janice. I was a single Mother since the age of 26 and raised 2 daughters alone. I studied College and University part time while working full time to provide for us.
I now have 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren whom I love to spend as much time with as possible. I cherish every moment I am with them and give as much time to the little ones as possible by taking them to the park, movies, walking and little outings. We also have board game nights and potlocks.
I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2000 and now suffer with chronic kidney disease.
I consider myself a young grandmother and I know I still have a lot to offer, but I'm just not in the healthiest condition at the moment. That's why I am really hoping for a kidney donor so that I can receive a kidney transplant and enjoy some of what retirement life should be. I always try to give and help others. I am wishing good things for everyone, and now I also wish for a kidney donor for me.
