My name is Gianni. I'm a loving husband to my wife, Adelina, of nearly 23 years and the proud dad of my amazing 19-year-old son, Adam, who is the light of my life. I'm also a proud dad of my dog-daughter, Bella, who keeps us on our toes! I love to travel with my family, I enjoy cooking, and I'm an avid Formula 1 and Ferrari fan.
In 2018, I was diagnosed with genetic Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), which has led to declining kidney function. Since 2019, I’ve been a patient of University Health Network (UHN) and I’ve been privileged to be under their care. I currently have a glomerular filtration rate (GFR) of 16 as of January 2023 and I’ll will need to start dialysis when my GFR hits 10 and lower. I'm hoping that I receive a living kidney donor and avoid dialysis altogether. I'm asking you to consider being a living kidney donor, so I may continue to enjoy all of Adam's milestones and accomplishments, continue to spend a very long time with Adelina, and let Bella continue to drive us crazy!
If you want to be a living donor, please contact Adelina at 647-224-4102 or email@example.com.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart and on behalf of my family!
