Eslam
My name is Eslam, I am 44 years old, and today I am humbly asking for something I never imagined I would need — a second chance at life.
I am a father to a beautiful child who fills my days with joy, laughter, and endless curiosity. My wife and I are also waiting for the arrival of our second baby, a blessing we have dreamed about for years. My greatest hope is to be present for them — fully, joyfully, and for many years to come.
For most of my life, I was active, energetic, and always on the move. I loved playing sports, going on family outings, and being the funny, supportive dad who never missed a moment. But over the past year, my kidney function has worsened significantly. My doctor recently told me that it is time to begin searching for a living kidney donor.
Hearing those words changed everything.
I am still the same person — still a father, still a husband, still someone who loves life deeply — but now I am fighting against time. Dialysis may keep me alive, but a kidney transplant would give me the chance to truly live again. To be present. To be strong. To be the father my children deserve.
I am reaching out with humility and hope, asking if someone out there might consider giving me the gift of life — the chance to watch my children grow, to hold my newborn baby, to laugh with my family, and to continue being the person I have always been.
A kidney donor would not only save my life — they would save my family’s future. Please reach out to me to learn more.
