Hello!
I am a 37 year old mother of 5. Four girls ages 3 to 14 and one little boy who was born in November of 2022. Since his birth my kidney function has taken a rapid nose dive.
I have been so lucky with the support of my family, they have pulled together to ensure that all of us follow a very strict kidney friendly diet, exercise and spread the word about living donor programs.
I am pre-emptively searching for a living donor to reduce time on dialysis so I can be there to take care of my children with as little time away from them as possible, and for them to be able to enjoy "mom time".
