I'm Melissa and I'm 42 years old. I have been a diabetic for 20+ years. I recently became insulin resistant and my kidney function declined rapidly.
I'm a full time caregiver to my disabled bed ridden Mom so this is really taking a toll on me.
I'm Looking to get a kidney transplant before I need to go on dialysis so I can continue to look after my mother at home where she belongs.
