Ahsan Z
My name is Ahsan, I am 42 years of age. I had so many dreams when I was a kid. I love sports. I wanted to be a cricketer but couldn’t become one due to some obstacles. Then I wanted to be Computer Engineer which I was able to do. I got married in 2020. We are happily married. I love her even more every day, maybe because I have lost people around me who loved me the most, by that I mean both of my parents.
After our marriage, it took a year to complete paper work to move to Canada. I was so happy when the day finally came. With all my dreams to start a new life, I moved to Canada in 2021. Everything was going so well with joy and happiness until the day when doctor gave me the shocking news about my kidney function. Both my kidneys are damaged. It was like a bolt from the blue for a new immigrant family who just moved to this beautiful country with so many dreams. My life was turned upside down.
I am very optimistic and not giving up hope. I have a strong belief in the almighty will definitely help me to get back to normal life. I still keep dreaming that I will be able to lead my normal life again. I am hoping for a transplant because it would offer me the opportunity to live a longer, healthier, more normal life.
I am hoping to find a living kidney donor for a kidney transplant, maybe even before diaysis, so I can continue to do the things I love to do and get my life back. I would be so grateful to anyone who would be willing to contact me to learn more.
